How do I cancel my account?

Cancelling online:

To cancel your account, Login as a parent and click on the "My Subscription tab as below:

If you are paying via WorldPay, you will then see the option to cancel as below:

OR, if you are a STRIPE customer, you will see the option to cancel as below:

This will cancel your account immediately and no further payments will be made. If you have paid in advance you will not be eligible for a refund but you WILL have continued access for the full period that you have paid.

Cancelling via email:

If you would like to cancel via email, you can email your request to help@edplace.com.

Please note if you are contacting us outside of business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm) it may take time to complete your request. Therefore you may still be charged.

To avoid upset, it is best to cancel online.

 

Cancelling via telephone:

If you would like to cancel via telephone, you can call us on 0207 183 9818.

Cancelling via post:

If you would like to cancel via telephone, you can send a letter to EdPlace Ltd, 105 Sumner Street, London SE1 9HZ.

Please note if you are contacting us outside of business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm) it may take time to complete your request. Therefore you may still be charged. Please also allow 14 days for us to receive and process your letter.
