I am having difficulties with the EdPlace app since I updated to iOS9. What should I do?

Some of our users experienced a problem with the EdPlace app for iPhone and iPad after upgrading to iOS9 (the latest software from Apple). 

To get around this problem you can update to the latest version of the EdPlace app available from the App Store. If you already have the app installed you should be able to update by going to the App Store app and then to 'Updates' (in the bottom right corner of the screen). Scroll until you see the EdPlace app and then click on 'Update'.

To check which version of the app you are running you can click on 'Help' in the menu at any time. The version number displays at the bottom of the page. The latest version if 1.5.
