Here at EdPlace we mark and track your child's progress so you can review their scores at any time. When a student completes an activity, the activity will be marked and the student will be awarded a score. The score is given by the total correct answers the student has been able to get in the activity.
For example, if the student gets 7 questions out of 10 correct the student will be awarded a score of 70%. If the students get 9 questions out of 10 the student will be awarded a score of 90%. As shown below.
You can view the number of answers the student has gotten correct and their overall score by clicking on review answers. This can be located in the parent account in the completed tab.
On the app, the score of a completed activity will look like this:
In the student account, you'll notice on the homepage that there is a point tally.
This is how it would look like in the app of the student account:
When a student completes an activity, for every question they answer correctly a point goes towards their tally. So for example, if a student gets 7 correct answers out of 10 questions. 7 points go to their tally. By gaining more points, the points are used to unlock the student badges. To find out more on the student badges please click here.
The points can also be used when creating a reward for the student.
